Freeze drying different kinds of foods can be fun and rewarding bringing forward different flavours than you might be used to getting from a particular item! We went behind the scenes to freeze dry some candy with Origins Kitchen at the Exploration Place! You can get a taste of some of this candy at Winterfest this weekend!
