PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Spruce Kings hit the road again, after splitting this past weekend with the Vernon Vipers at home. Friday’s game was underwhelming but the team responded well the next night coming away with a 4-2 victory.
Now the team finds themselves in a rematch with Vernon on Friday before taking on the Merritt Centennials on Saturday. A game that could be crucial to the Spruce Kings who are looking to make a late push in the standings.
Prince George currently sits in 8th place, nine points back from 7th and 6th place in the Interior Conference.
