The Northern BC RV & Outdoor Expo make big donation to the College Heights Secondary School Varsity Football team

PRINCE GEORGE — The Northern BC RV and Outdoor Expo donated a check worth $7,393 to the College Heights Secondary School Varsity Football team Friday afternoon.

The cheque presentation took place at the Northern Sport Centre with the funds earmarked for covering things like travel costs for this upcoming football season.

General Manager of SMP-RV J.C. Brown says the funds were raised during the Northern BC RV and Outdoor Expo which took place from February 23-25 at the CN Centre.

“It feels great (the donation). We want to be a part of the community as we’re focusing on increasing our footprint. This will be a focus of ours going forward.”
