Seasonal changes coming to Prince George bus routes

PRINCE GEORGE— As the post-secondary school semester comes to a close B.C. Transit and the City of Prince George will be making seasonal changes to the transit system, starting April 21, 2024.

Route 15 UNBC/Downtown and Route 55 Victora will see the suspension of some trips. They are marked in the Rider’s Guide as ‘U’ and ‘F’.

Additional changes will be made to the Transit system in July as the school special routes will be seasonally discontinued to mark the end of the school year. The routes include 12 Parkridge, 96 Shas Ti Kelly Road, and 97 Shas Ti Kelly Road. These routes will resume service in September.

BC Transit encourages riders to use the UMO app, Transit App, Google Transit or any other app to stay up to date on all bus routes.
