Spring book sale this weekend at PG Public Library

PRINCE GEORGE — Great news for book lovers.

The Friends of the Prince George Public Library Society (the Friends) and the Prince George Public Library (PGPL) will host the Spring Book Sale this weekend.

It will take place Friday April 12 from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday April 13 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Bob Harkins Branch, downtown.

If you’re a member of the Friends, you will get access to the Book Sale on Friday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. If you’re not a member yet, you can buy a membership at the door for $5 (cash only). All items are available by cash donation, with the proceeds going towards supporting special items, programs and initiatives at PGPL.

The Friends encourage you to bring reusable bags, cash and a love of books and bargains.
