Cougars swap forwards with Thunderbirds

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Cougars have announced a trade.

They’ve sent forward Arjun Bawa (05) to the Seattle Thunderbirds in exchange for forward Oscar Lovsin (06).

Last season 17-year-old Lovsin had four points in 40 games while Bawa had 5 points in 57 games for the Cougars.

Before Lovsin’s WHL career, the Calgary, AB native spent the 2022-23 season with Edge School U16 prep and had a terrific season, collecting 22 points (12-10-22) in 23 games played.
