North District Major Crime Unit investigating following the discovery of human remains

DAWSON CREEK — Mounties are investigating after human remains were discovered along the Kiskatinaw River in the Peace.
Dawson Creek RCMP were notified of the discovery on May 18 with the RCMP’s North District Major Crime Unit investigating. Police say efforts are underway to identify the remains.
No other information has been released and more information may come out as it becomes available.
