Spruce Kings revamp front the addition of new forward

PRINCE GEORGE—The Prince George Spruce Kings have announced their commitment of Ryan Wachtel for the 2024/25 season.

The Rumson, New Jersey Product spent his last three season at Brunswick School of the USHS-Prep League. In 90 USHS-Prep games, Wachtel earned 25 goals and 32 assists totaling 57 points. In addition, the 5’8″ 150 pound forward added five goals and six assists for the Long Island Gulls between their 16U AAA and 18U AAA programs over the past two seasons.

“I’m excited to play for Prince George and would like to thank the coaching staff and management for this opportunity,” says Ryan Wachtel. “I can’t wait to get started and help contribute to the success of the Spruce Kings next season.”

The Spruce Kings are looking forward to Wachtel’s appearance on Prince George ice with General Manager Mike Hawes saying “Ryan is a very talented player that we’re very thrilled to add to the group. We’re excited to work with him on his development and preparation for college hockey”
