Spruce Kings schedule home opener for September 27

PRINCE GEORGE— The Prince George Spruce Kings have announced their 2024/25 season line up alongside their season tickets. This year the 21 members will play in the will play in the Coastal East Division of the Coastal Conference.

The Spruce Kings will open on the road for three games, battling the Surrey Eagles on September 20, the Chilliwack Chiefs on September 21, and Langley Rivermen on September 22.

Following the road trip the Spruce Kings will have a double header opening weekend against Coquitlam Express on September 27 and 28.

Playing in the new Conference th Kings will see new teams and old rivals, including visiting the Okotoks Oilers on October 11 and facing off against the Brooks Bandits in a rematch of the a rematch of the 2019 Doyle Cup and 2019 National Championship game on October 12.

Prince George will also welcome to Alberta teams for their first BCHL season, as the Spruce kings host the Spruce Grove Saints on November 23 at 6:00 p.m. and the Sherwood Park Crusaders on March 16 at 3:00 p.m.

The Spruce Kings will play for a total of nine regular season games on Friday’s, 13 games on Saturday, three Sunday Matinees, and one Wednesday night game.

The regular season ends with a game against Powell River Kings in Prince George on Sunday March 30.
