PRINCE GEORGE — Training Camp has officially wrapped up for the Prince George Kodiaks as they prepare for their third season in the BC Football Conference. The team is coming off a season that saw them finish with a 2-8 record

Head Coach Jamie Boreham has high hopes for the team with his 2nd year behind the wheel. With plenty of returning players and a great recruiting class he’s positive this team can continue to build to be the best in the BCFC.

One of those returning players is Safety Colter Cannon who helped orchestrate the Kodiak’s defense last year. It was a unit that provided special plays throughout the year but everyone on that side of the ball knows consistency throughout games will be key to winning.

As for this recent heat wave, the players love it. It signals that football is back and the season is near.

The Kodiaks kick off the campaign at Masich Place Stadium on July 20th when the VI Raiders come to town.
