Rebels dispatch Kodiaks in Langford

LANGFORD, B.C. — The Prince George Kodiaks suffered their first defeat of the B.C. Football Conference campaign on Saturday (July 27) on Vancouver Island.
After picking up a 39-34 win over the Vancouver Island Raiders of Nanaimo in their home opener last weekend, the Kodiaks (1-1) fell 45-25 to the Westshore Rebels on Saturday in Langford.
Westshore improved to 2-0 on the campaign.
The Kodiaks will be on the road again next weekend, travelling to Langley to play the Rams (0-1) on Saturday (Aug. 3) at Mcleod Athletic Park Stadium.
