BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA — Dylan Armstrong of the Kamloops Track and Field Club was reached in Slovakia on Sunday (Aug. 11), not long before his pupil, Ethan Katzberg, was scheduled to carry the Canadian flag, along with 17-year-old swimming phenom Summer McIntosh, at the 2024 Olympic Summer Games closing ceremony in Paris.

Armstrong recapped the Games experience and talked about what the gold medal in men’s hammer throw means for Katzberg and Kamloops.
