Rivermen edge hometown Spruce Kings in BCHL pre-season tilt

PRINCE GEORGE — The Langley Rivermen edged the Prince George Spruce Kings 3-2 in B.C. Hockey League pre-season action on Friday (Sept. 13) at Kopar Memorial Arena.

Linden Makow and Skogen Schrott scored for the Spruce Kings in support of goaltender Carter Wishart, who stopped 29 shots in a losing effort.

Prince George will wrap its exhibition slate on Saturday (Sept. 14) with a rematch against Langley, a 2 p.m. start at Kopar Memorial Arena.
