PRINCE GEORGE – A candlelight vigil will be held on October 7 at 6:30 p.m. to commemorate the lives lost due to the Israel-Hamas conflict.

“We’re all human, and all of our lives are worth the same value. And that’s really what we want to get out of this vigil is that we want to recognize the shared humanity that we have across the globe,” says 2 Rivers 4 Palestine event organizer Shereen Sousa. “We have families in here in Prince George who are from Gaza. We have families here who are from Israel. We have families here who are from Lebanon. We are a global community here in Prince George.”
