Cougars beat Tigers 8-1

MEDICINE HAT— The Prince George Cougars got back to their winning ways Wednesday night in Medicine Hat.

The Cats blew out the Tigers 8-1. Forwards Riley Heidt and Terik Parascak each had a goal and two assists and Joshua Ravensbergen blocked 33 of 34 shots for the win.

The Cougars are in Lethbridge Friday night to take on the Hurricanes. The Cats are now 6-3-2-1 on the season, good for second place in the WHL’s Western Conference standings.
