Free Transit on Election Day for Prince George residents

PRINCE GEORGE—October 19, 2024 is Election Day. If you’re hoping to cast your ballot that day but don’t have a vehicle, the City of Prince George and BC Transit have you covered. both regular transit and the handyDART service will be available.

Those in the PG-Mackenzie riding can vote in Prince George at:

  • AiMHi (950 Kerry St.),
  • Beaverly Elementary School (9777 Western Rd.)
  • D.P. Todd Secondary School (4444 Hill Ave.)
  • Edgewood Elementary School (4440 Craig Dr.)
  • Heather Park Elementary School (7151 Heather Park Rd.)
  • The Hart Pioneer Centre (6986 John Hart Hwy.)

If you live in Prince George and are in the PG-North Cariboo riding you can vote at:

  • Best Western Plus Prince George (3387 16 Hwy. W.)
  • Southridge Elementary School (7300 Southridge Ave.)
  • Vanway Elementary School (4509 16 Hwy. W.)

Residents in the PG-Valemount riding can cast their ballot at:

  • Blackburn Elementary School (2222 Blackburn Rd. S.)
  • College Heights Baptist Church (5401 Moriarty Cres.)
  • John McInnis Centre (3400 Westwood Dr.)
  • Pineview Elementary School (8515 Old Cariboo Hwy.)
  • Pinewood Elementary School (4140 Campbell Ave.)
  • Prince George Civic Centre (808 Canada Games Way)
  • Prince George Secondary School (2901 Griffiths Ave.)

Final voting places open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
