PG Hospice Palliative Care Society launch third annual appeal
PRINCE GEORGE— The Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society (PGHPCS) is calling on the community of Prince George to donate, allowing them to continue their work. The theme of this year’s annual appeal is a Legacy of Compassion. The Legacy of Compassion highlights the impact of their work since being founded in 1987.
The PGHPCS provides compassionate end-of-life care, while evolving to meet the needs of Prince George. They say that since the beginning they have expanded their service to include a range of programs that support patients and their families during some of the most challenging times of their lives. They add that they will continue to strive to exceed expectations for those they serve.
However in order for the organization to work the PGHPCS say they need donors, whether it’s a one-time contribution or becoming a monthly donor.
“By contributing to our annual appeal, you are helping to build and sustain the legacy of compassion that the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society has fostered for more than three decades,” says Alicia Fitzpatrick for the PGHPCS. “Please join us in ensuring that this legacy continues for years to come.”
