Prince George Blizzard hosting Central Interior Challenge this weekend
PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Blizzard Speed Skating Club is hosting the annual Central Interior Challenge and Academy this weekend at Kin 1.
It kicks off on Saturday, Nov. 16, with a day full of training, learning, and team building for athletes and coaches from across the region.
“Athletes will get to work together as they develop their speed skating skills before a day full of racing,” the club said. “Our youngest participant is 5 years old, and our oldest is 73 years old.”
Central Interior Challenge action starts just after 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17, with a day full of racing for people of all ages.
