PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George Mounties need your help identifying two men they would like to speak to in relation to a firearms incident last summer.

The investigation began shortly after 6 p.m. on August 23 when police received a report of shots fired near the 1700-block of Upland Street.

Shortly thereafter, two men were seen walking through the area and one of them was carrying a gun.

They were last seen near the housing complex on the corner of 17th Avenue and Massey Drive.

One of the men was wearing a long sleeved red sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black ball cap while the other man was heavier set and was wearing a hoody and black shorts.

“We are hoping that someone in Prince George will recognize them and let our investigators know who they are and where they are currently residing,” says Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.

If you have any information, call police at (250)561-3300 and quote file number 2024-27826.
