Canfor Leisure Pool closed for annual maintenance

PRINCE GEORGE — Annual maintenance has closed the Canfor Leisure Pool until January 5, 2025.

“The closure is scheduled for this period as this is the time that works best with a break in swimming lessons, and also what causes the least disruption for the local swimming clubs,” says the City of Prince George.

As an alternative, the City says you can use the Aquatic Centre, which is now operating under extended hours. To learn more about aquatic programs, amenities, and hours of operation, visit https://princegeorge.ca/aquatics.

The maintenance will allow for things like tile repairs and replacement, installation of new grating into the leisure pool and regular maintenance.
