If you need any help building a plan and getting organized the CNC Wellness Centre is available. They have coaches that can help out their students.

If you do start feeling stressed you can combat it by making small changes to your wellness.

“You don’t have to do big things to improve your wellness and your coping,” explains Francis. “Just think small. So, it could be just taking breaks between studying moving your body in some small way.”

Going to the gym is great for relieving stress but taking quick breathers while studying can help reduce that stress. Francis gives examples like having tea or coffee as a small comfort practice.

School life can be a challenge but starting small and starting early can lead to success.
