Charges laid in Quesnel assault investigation

CARIBOO— An assault investigation in November 2024 has led to three people being charged.

On January 13, charges of assault causing bodily harm were laid against 19-year-old Treyton Mero and 19-year-old Joshua Greenough as well as another 17-year-old youth. The charges are in relation to a serious assault that occurred at a house party between the night of November 2, and morning of November 3.

Anyone with information or video relating to the incident that has yet to speak to the police are asked to contact the Quesnel RCMP.
