RCMP investigating suspicious death in Vanderhoof

VANDERHOOF — Mounties are investigating a suspicious death in Vanderhoof.

RCMP say they were called to a home in the 100 block of 5th Street for a well-being check on Tuesday (Jan14).

When they arrived, they discovered a dead 65-year-old man with injuries inside the home.

The RCMP’s North District Major Crime Unit has taken over the investigation which is in its early stages.
