Workplace incident in Quesnel claims life of 24-year-old man

QUESNEL — A workplace incident claimed the life of a 24-year-old male worker in Quesnel Friday morning (Jan.17).

Quesnel RCMP, Emergency Health Services and the Quesnel Fire Department responded to the incident at approximately 10:18 a.m. at the WestPine MDF Plant on Carradice Road.

Few details have been released but police and WorkSafe BC are now investigating.
