PRINCE GEORGE — The Caledonia Nordic Ski Club will be hosting the 2025 Teck BC Cup #2 the weekend of Feb. 14 to 16, 2025.

This cross-country event will bring skiers of all ages and skill levels from across the province to compete in classic and free technique rances in Prince George.

“We are thrilled to host the Teck BC Cup No. 2 at our club,” said Mike Duck, Director of Competitions at the Caledonia Nordic Ski Club said, in a statement.

“This event not only showcases the talent of skiers from across the province but also highlights the vibrant community and exceptional facilities we have here in Prince George.”

Admission is free, though spectators are encouraged to bring cowbells – the more the better, organizers say – to cheer on the skiers. The deck of the CNSC lodge will provide “incredible views” of the stadium, according to organizers, though they also say there will be spots to view the competition at stadium level and along the course.

Last year’s edition of the Teck BC Cup event saw 310 skiers participate in the races.

You can find more details about this year’s event, including a schedule and course maps, on the Caledonia Nordic Ski Club website.
