Stabbing at Prince George hotel

PRINCE GEORGE — RCMP responded to a stabbing at the Sandman Signature Hotel on Recreation Place Tuesday night (Jan.28).
Police say it happened at around 7:30 pm with the parties – a man and a woman – known to each other.
Police say the man suffered a non-life-threatening injury and was uncooperative with police. He was subsequently arrested and taken into custody and later released with a future court date.
The woman attempted to flee from police officers on foot and was arrested outside of the hotel. She was also taken into custody where she will remain until she can attend court.
