Cougars lose in overtime to Tri-City

KENNEWICK, WA — The Prince George Cougars picked up a point but fell to the Tri-City Americans on the road Tuesday night, 4-3 in overtime.

Carson Carels, Matteo Danis, and Bauer Dumanski had the goals for Prince George.

Savin Virk scored the winner 37 seconds into overtime for the hosts, before 2,475 fans at the Toyota Center.

Prince George outshot Tri-City 42-36 with Cooper Michaluk picking up the loss in net.
