Slower start to 2025 as City of PG issues $22.1 million worth of building permits between January and March
PRINCE GEORGE — New data from the City of Prince George shows a slower start to the year when it comes to building permits.
A staff report going before Wednesday’s (April 23) City Council meeting shows there were 21 total building permits issued in March, with a combined value of just over $6.9 million.
Most of the permits issued last month were for housing, as the City says there was one permit issued for a 91-unit multi-family development worth $3-million and five new permits issued for single-family developments worth a combined $2.63 million.
