The Forever Young Chorus celebrates Canada through song

If you visit the Elder Citizens Recreation Association on Thursdays after lunch you’ll notice the building is filled with music as the Forever Young Chorus rehearses their music. Right now the group of nearly 40 seniors is rehearsing for an all-Canadian performance they have called Canadian, Eh? The music of our home and native land. The show features classic Canadian songs you know and love, plus visits from some special surprise guests! There are two chances to see the choir perform: April 27 at 2 pm or May 4 at 2 pm. Tickets are $12 each, with proceeds supporting the centre, and can be purchased at ECRA. We stopped by a recent rehearsal to take in the music!
