Kitchen fire on Robson Avenue causes $75K in damages

PRINCE GEORGE — No one was injured in a kitchen fire at a home on the 4000-block of Robson Avenue Monday afternoon (May 5).
Prince George Fire Rescue responded at approximately 2:20 p.m. to find heavy smoke and fire in the kitchen area “that was quickly extinguished.” Occupants and pets were able to evacuate the home safely.
The cause of the fire is under investigation with damages estimate at $75,000.
