Cougars acquire ’06 forward from Regina Pats

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Cougars have made a trade.

The Cats acquired 2006 born forward Brock Souch from the Regina Pats in exchange for a fifth round pick in 2029.

Souch is 6’0, 180 pounds and spent 2024-25 season with the Brooks Bandits and the Okotoks Oilers of the BCHL. Over 45 games, he scored 12 goals and had 19 assists. During his career in the BCHL, Souch collected 44 points in 62 games aloing with 55 penalty minutes. Souch has a NCAA scholarship to St. Cloud University in Minnesota.

Souch has played at the International level, winning a gold medal with Team Canada White at the World Junior A Challenge in 2023.
