Vanderhoof RCMP looking to the public for information regarding January 2025 homicide

VANDERHOOF — Vanderhoof RCMP are now looking to the public for information regarding a homicide that took place in January 2025.

The homicide of Gordon Sims took place in the 100 Block of 5th Street E, Vanderhoof, between Friday, January 10 and Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

The North District Major Crime Unit has obtained video and are hoping that the public can identify the individual in the video.

The family of Mr. Sims is urging anyone who may have any information regarding this investigation to please call the RCMP
