UNBC Timberwolves women’s squad still winless following 2-1 loss to UFV

ABBOTSFORD — The UNBC Timberwolves women’s soccer team dropped a 2-1 decision to the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in Abbotsford Thursday evening.

Scarlet Thomas scored the lone UNBC goal – UNBC’s first of the season – during second half stoppage time.

UNBC produced a season-high 15 shots – one more than the hosts – in the loss. The loss drops UNBC’s record to 0-3 this season with the teams meeting again Friday night at 5:30 in Abbotsford.
