PRINCE GEORGE – Ibuprofen and acetaminophen are among the most widely used over-the-counter pain relievers, but choosing the right one for your needs can sometimes be tricky. This week, we’re consulting with a pharmacist to help you find the best option for your situation.

Pharmacists point out that ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, is particularly effective for pain linked to inflammation. It’s an excellent choice for conditions such as arthritis, muscle strains, sprains, and menstrual cramps.
