Spruce Kings launch ticket sales for latest Show Home Lottery

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Spruce Kings launched ticket sales for their 2025-26 Show Home Lottery.

This year’s home is located at 2922 Links Dr. in the Aberdeen Glen Subdivision and was built by Hopson Construction. The Spruce Kings say the near 2,400 sq. ft. home comes fully furnished, includes appliances, and is valued at $865,000.

The 2025 Show Home Lottery house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a double garage and a large, covered deck in the front.

Concurrently, the Spruce Kings will hold two 50/50 draws. The first draw with a prize of up to $200,000 will take place on Feb. 20, 2026, before a second one takes place at a later date.

Tickets for the Show Home are $125 each or $300 for a three-pack, while 50/50 tickets are $25 each or $100 for a five-pack.
