Cougars beat Winterhawks 6-2

PORTLAND — The Prince George Cougars defeated the Portland Winterhawks Wednesday night 6-2 in front of 2,195 fans at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland.

Cougars goalie Joshua Ravensbergen blocked 37 of 39 shots directed his way to lead the Cats to victory. The Cougars were outshot 39-28.

Dmitri Yakutsenak lead the way on the scoresheet scoring a goal and adding two assists for the Cougars who have now split the first four games of a six game road trip.
