No injuries reported after early Sunday structure fire in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE — There were no injuries after Prince George firefighters responded to a residential structure fire downtown early Sunday (Nov. 16) morning.
The City of Prince George says crews from three halls responded to the 1600 block of 8th Avenue around 6:00 a.m. today.
“First arriving crews found extensive fire in a single-story residential structure. The fire was quickly extinguished before it was able to extend to the neighbouring house,” the City of Prince George said in a statement.
“RCMP assisted with the removal of the occupants.”
