More than just a big piece of concrete: UHNBC’s new parkade is open

The new parkade at the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia has been open to hospital staff and the public for a couple of weeks now, and it’s already starting to ease the parking headaches at the hospital. In late November, Just before the parkade opened, we were invited to check out all seven floors and 471 parking spaces. We quickly realized this is now one of the largest buildings in the city, and that got us wondering: how long does it take to get to the top? Join us and project manager Sunil as we put the pedal to (the reasonable) metal.
