Prince George Lotto 6/49 ticket wins $100,000 prize on Christmas Eve

PRINCE GEORGE — Someone in Prince George is $100,000 richer following the latest Lotto 6/49 ticket draw on Christmas Eve.

According to the BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC), one ticket bought for Wednesday’s (Dec. 24) Gold Ball Draw claimed one of the 15 guaranteed additional prizes of $100,000.

That lucky number was 13090190-01.

This lottery win comes just days after a ticket bought in Quesnel won the $46-million jackpot in last Saturday’s Gold Ball prize draw.

The winner has not been made public yet, and its not clear yet whether they have contacted BCLC to claim their prize.

There were no winning gold ball or classic prize tickets drawn Wednesday, meaning the next gold ball jackpot – which will be drawn later today (Dec. 27) – is $12 million.

The next Lotto Max draw on Tuesday is the sixth in a row with a grand prize of $80 million on offer.
