UPDATE: Williams Lake RCMP say missing 13-year-old found safe

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — (UPDATE 11:45 a.m.): Police in Williams Lake say the 13-year-old who was reported missing on Saturday (Jan. 17) has been found and is safe.
