Power Up Room at YXS to temporarily close

PRINCE GEORGE — The Power Up Room (which includes workstations and seating within the terminal) at the Prince George Airport (YXS), will temporary close beginning February 2, 2026 due to construction work.

The closure is expected to last two weeks.

“During this period, the space will be fully off-limits to the public. Construction activity will involve general demolition and renovation work and will take place during regular daytime hours,” states a YXS news release.

The airport says other seating and passenger areas throughout the terminal will remain available.
