Spruce Kings acquire power forward

PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George Spruce Kings have acquired forward Lucas Busch from the Surrey Eagles in exchange for future considerations.

Busch hails from Maple Grove, Minnesota and is 6 1′, 185 pounds and in his first season in the BCHL. In 35 games with the Eagles, he had nine goals and 11 assists for 20 points.

“Lucas adds a power forward type element to our forward group. We’re excited to add him,” says General Manager Mike Hawes.

“I am super pumped to be a member of the Spruce Kings and very excited to be a part of a winning culture and can’t wait to start playing,” notes Busch.
