4th annual Sirens Cup taking place this Saturday

PRINCE GEORGE — The fourth annual Sirens Cup is taking place at Kopar Memorial Arena, this Saturday, January 31.

“We’ve got a new slogan at the police detachment: Bring the Cup Home! As we’d really like to see this year tie up the score at two wins for each side,” says Corporal Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP. “We have all been training hard for this year’s event and we’re looking forward to bringing an exciting game to the community.”

Puck drop is at 4:30pm and tickets are $5 each and are available on the Spruce Kings website or at the door. There is also a 50/50 draw, as well as an opportunity to “Fill the Boot” and a Chuck-A-Puck game during the second intermission.

Proceeds from this event will go towards two charities: the Prince George Firefighters Charitable Society and the Cops for Cancer Tour de North.
