PRINCE GEORGE – The Conservative Electors Association is hoping to run slates in 40 B.C. communities in the 2026 municipal election. Prince George is on that list. Plus with $1 million in funding from the Public Health Agency of Canada, UNBC School of Nursing Professor Dr. Shannon Freeman is launching a four-year project aimed at supporting caregivers of people living with dementia. And the Prince George Spruce Kings picked up two wins over the weekend, now sitting in first in the Coastal East division, and have also clinched a playoff spot.
