PRINCE GEORGE – The Sally Ann is building a shared commercial kitchen that will support both nonprofit meal programs and local food entrepreneurs. The licensed space will be available to chefs and caterers who need a professional kitchen to operate, while also helping community groups prepare food for those in need. The kitchen is expected to open by spring and will feature modern, commercial-grade equipment.
