PRINCE GEORGE – CKPG News has uncovered that the Diocese of Prince George, is facing at least ten lawsuits, all of which are alleging sexual abuse against people in positions of power, who were alleged to have been employed by the Diocese. Plus the College of New Caledonia has confirmed its physical campus in Fort St. James will officially close on March 31st, but says they are not leaving Fort St. James or the surrounding communities. And council has set the wheels in motion to have the City’s Parks and Open Spaces bylaw tweaked to significantly reduce the area on Lower Patricia Boulevard which overnight sheltering is allowed.
