Highway 97 closed in both directions north of Hixon

PRINCE GEORGE — Travelers on Highway 97 heading south should expect delays, as a motor vehicle incident has closed the highway in both directions.

DriveBC says that Highway 97 is closed between Colebank Rd. E and Widdis Rd., roughly six to ten kilometers north of Hixon.

There are currently no available detours, an assessment of the scene is in progress.
