After surviving nearly three months in the Arctic wilderness, Aaron Barnard is back home in Prince George reflecting on an unforgettable experience on Season 13 of the History Channel’s Alone: World Championship.

Barnard, the lone Canadian contestant in the competition, spent 87 days living in the harsh conditions of the Mackenzie River Delta, more than 200 kilometres north of the Arctic Circle. Competing against nine survivalists from around the world, he outlasted all but one contestant in the battle for a $500,000 US grand prize.
