SPCA Homes For The Holiday

Dec 20, 2017 | 1:41 PM

There are only a few days left before the local SPCA shuts its doors for the holiday season. The staff is busy getting pets ready for the holiday break. In hopes, foster parents will come by and take a pet into their home. The facility is closed for two weeks and staff would like the surrendered pets to have loving homes during the time. Temporarily adopting an animal gives the foster parent an opportunity to try if a new animal will work in their home. Saturday, December 23rd is the last day to adopt a pet for the holidays. The shelter will start transitioning the pets back at the beginning of the New Year…Assuming you don’t want to keep your new furry friend.
