Local Business Nominated For Best Employer
A local small business is being recognized for its entrepreneurial achievements. For the 2018 Small Business BC Awards, Pathfinder Endeavours Ltd. from right here in Prince George has reached the semi-finals for their Best Employer nomination. Co-owner, Rick Matthe says they’re “quite honoured to be ready in that manner.”
Purple Bicycle Natural Foods from Mackenzie, is also a semi-finalist for their nomination for Best Community Impact.
For just under a month, the top 10 semi-finalists will be given time to provide further information on why they deserve to win their nomination. Winners will be announced during the second week of February and the Awards Gala will take place on February 23rd. For the small businesses that win, will receive a $1,500 cash prize, one-year All Access Pass to education and exports from Small Business BC. They’ll also have bragging rights for being named a top B.C. small business. Tickets for the Gala are available on the Small Business BC Awards website.
